If so, we want to hear from you. PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia, a leading 3PL company, is seeking a talented and dedicated Transport Supervisor to join our team in Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. This is an outsourced position with a significant amount of responsibility and potential for growth. In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the nationwide distribution of telecommunication infrastructure materials for our customers, including items like BTS towers, microwave dishes, fiber optic cables, and satellite dishes. You will be a key player in optimizing our logistics operations and expanding our business. What You'll Do: Manage and lead: Take full ownership of all transportation projects for telecommunication infrastructure materials across Indonesia. Strategize and optimize: Develop and implement efficient transport strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Drive growth: Actively engage in business development by marketing our distribution and transportation services to both existing and new clients. Monitor and analyze: Evaluate transportation performance, identifying and executing on areas for improvement. Build a network: Source and develop relationships with trucking and other vendors to fulfill customer shipment needs. Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant transportation regulations and company policies. Mentor and lead: Guide and develop a team of transport professionals. Who We're Looking For: You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a Transport Supervisor or similar leadership role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, specifically handling the distribution of telecommunication infrastructure materials. You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing distribution/transportation services for a 3PL company. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a vendor management position, with a strong background in handling the distribution of telecommunication infrastructure materials. You have a proven track record of success in business development and customer acquisition. You are fluent in both spoken and written English, and proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus. You have a deep understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and infrastructure. You possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. You can work both independently and as part of a team. You have a professional and ethical approach with a strong track record. You have a valid SIM A or SIM C driver's license. You are prepared to work long hours and in an outsourcing capacity.
