• Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field • Proven experience in project supervision or a similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries. • Have experience Especially in project construction (finishing painting/coating) • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). (Civil Engineer) • Age minimum 25 years old, Max. 30 y.o • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Good and charming appearance / talkative / communicative • Good command in English both oral and written is a must • Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus • have their own car for operations • Contract for 1 year
