Business Development Associate

- Leading the recruitment team into handling the open positions. - Bringing, arranging and conducting meetings with prospective clients. - Establishing long-term relationships with new and existing clients. - Helping in searching new clients that need our services/help for their open position - Min 2-3+ years work experience in Business Development. - Have done mostly hunting (searching new clients) than farming (maintain the existing clients). - Have worked in Headhunter/Outsourcing/Recruitment/IT companies. - Have experience dealing with targets. - Have proven record of acquiring new clients to work with.
