Recruitment Officer

1.Melakukan analisa kebutuhan tenaga kerja bersama user/departemen terkait. 2.Membuat dan mengelola job posting di berbagai platform (job portal, media sosial, website perusahaan). 3.Menyaring dan mengevaluasi CV serta lamaran yang masuk. 4.Menjalankan proses seleksi awal (screening call, wawancara awal, psikotes, dan/atau asesmen lain). 5.Menjadwalkan dan memfasilitasi proses wawancara lanjutan dengan user. 6.Melakukan reference check untuk kandidat terpilih. 7.Menyiapkan dan menyampaikan offering letter kepada kandidat terpilih. 8.Bekerja sama dengan pihak eksternal seperti headhunter, universitas, dan lembaga pelatihan. 9.Menyusun laporan rekrutmen secara berkala.
