Melakukan penagihan kepada customer/debitor sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan. Mengingatkan customer terkait jatuh tempo pembayaran melalui telepon, pesan, atau kunjungan. Mencatat dan melaporkan hasil penagihan harian kepada atasan. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer agar proses penagihan berjalan lancar. Melakukan update status pembayaran di sistem administrasi perusahaan. Membuat laporan piutang yang sudah ditagih maupun yang masih outstanding.
