Marketing Director

- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to hit and exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue significantly. - Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. - Collaborate with marketing to create aligned, effective go-to-market strategies. - Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports for management. Job Requirement : - 2+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role. - Experienced as a leader - Proven success in B2B sales and achieving revenue goals of IDR 1B+. - Background in EdTech, SaaS, or IT consulting is a strong plus. - Solid knowledge of basic marketing funnels and digital strategy. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English (written/spoken).
