Chef Pastry Croissant

1. Memiliki pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga atau Diploma (D3) di bidang perhotelan/tata boga 2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun produksi roti atau pastry 3. Menguasai teknik laminasi viennoiserie (termasuk croissant dan Danish pastry) menggunakan mesin maupun manual 4. Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang jenis-jenis pastry dan bahan-bahan yang digunakan 5. Menguasai teknik memanggang, mengoperasikan peralatan dapur seperti oven, mixing, serta memahami prinsip sanitasi makanan.
