SALES ACQUISITION - BATAM

Mendorong upaya akuisisi merchant dengan mengidentifikasi, mendekati, dan merekrut merchant baru untuk bergabung dengan aplikasi. Mengelola seluruh proses onboarding, termasuk verifikasi dokumen, akurasi katalog/SKU, jam operasional, serta unggahan produk/menu. Memberikan edukasi kepada merchant mengenai penggunaan platform, alat, dan proses aplikasi untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional harian. Mencapai target akuisisi dan memastikan merchant yang baru bergabung memenuhi tolok ukur transaksi awal. Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Operasi, Manajemen Akun, Pemasaran) untuk memastikan kesiapan merchant dan kinerja berkelanjutan.
