1. Oversee the overall quality and safety of the products 2. Ensure that day to day process and products meet the standards set by the company and the regulators 3. Develop and maintain the quality control policies and procedures to be used within the company 4. Undertake the preparation process for additional required certifications 5. Support regular assessments from certification agency and the regulators 6. Undertake regular assessments related to product safety and quality 7. Gather and analyse feedback from customers related with quality and safety, and develop recommendations and action plans accordingly. 8. Coordinate with all related departments and functions within the company to implement projects and action plans for quality continuous improvements
