Partner Engagement - Banda Aceh

Job Desc : 1. Fully accountable for overseeing and managing the activities and events of Driver-partners to enhance their productivity and engagement levels. This responsibility necessitates a disciplined approach, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of potential areas and channels for recruiting potential drivers. 2. Your role will involve driving the growth of Grab's already robust presence in your assigned area. Your responsibility is to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction among both Driver-partners and Passengers within your area. 3. You are expected to demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills when collaborating with external stakeholders, including Institutions, and Government Agencies. 4. Responsible for developing strategic plans and diligently monitoring their implementation. Accountable for partner on-boarding, maintaining high standards of quality assurance, fostering loyalty, and optimizing retention. 5. Provide dedicated support to the City Manager to ensure a consistently high retention rate. 6. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional levels of service quality for both customer segments, with the aim of minimizing complaints. 7. Expected to efficiently manage cost effectiveness while achieving desired outcomes. 8. Required to diligently track and monitor expenditures in a timely manner. Requirement: 1. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably highly proficient in the local language. 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Engagement, or any other relevant field, with a background in interacting with external parties/stakeholders. 3. Excellent written and spoken skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word or other similar tools. 5. Familiarity with other relevant systems and tools to facilitate implementation and tracking. 6. Extensive experience in strategy and consulting, including significant on-ground interaction with clients and partners. 7. Capable of making critical business decisions and providing well-founded recommendations based on data-driven and analytical thinking. 8. Pro-active, self-motivated, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced work environment. 9. Deeply passionate about the social mission and contributing to positive transformations in emerging markets.
