Deskripsi Pekerjaan : - Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, verify their identification, issue visitor badges, and direct them to their meeting destinations. - Communication: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, as well as manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails. - Scheduling: Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff. - Administrative Support: Perform various clerical duties, including filing, data entry, making copies, and ordering office supplies. - Office Environment: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors. - Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints, providing excellent customer service assistance."
