Information and Job Description: 1. Acquisition of new 2W DAX (Malang, Batu, and Pasuruan) 2. Organizing and providing training for new DAX 3. Supporting the Partner Engagement (PE) team in managing communities in the areas of Kota Malang, Kab Malang, Kota Batu, Kota Pasuruan, and Kab Pasuruan. 4. Responsible for managing opposing community groups in Malang. 5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including local communities and government institutions. 6. Monitoring supply in the city areas. 7. Handling other supply-related projects 8. Engagement DAX 2W (Malang, Batu, and Pasuruan) Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 2. Able to work effectively both in a team and independently 3. Quick to adapt to new environments and company cultures 4. Strong eagerness and motivation for continuous learning and self-improvement
