Accounting Manager

- Lead and supervise the accounting department, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. - Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Manage and review budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and lead coordination during internal and external audits. - Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. - Identify financial risks, optimize cash flow management, and improve cost efficiency. - Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders. Mentor, train, and evaluate accounting staff to build a high-performing team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Brevet AB is a plus). - Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Supervisor. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
