- Melaksanakan seluruh proses rekrutmen mulai dari job posting, screening CV, hingga proses interview. - Membuat dan mempublikasikan lowongan kerja di berbagai platform. - Melakukan proses seleksi dan evaluasi kandidat secara efektif dan tepat sasaran. - Menangani kebutuhan rekrutmen dalam jumlah besar (mass hiring) sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. - Mengundang kandidat untuk interview dan melakukan sorting pasca-interview. - Melakukan interview kandidat baik secara online maupun offline sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. - Menjalin koordinasi dengan General Admin dan Manager terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja.
