KOL Specialist - English Speaker

Engagement Support Coordinator Job Description: As an Engagement Support Coordinator, you will support the social media team by preparing weekly and monthly performance reports and managing merchant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from nano to mega scale. Your role is to optimize product and feature education for merchants through social media channels. You will also collaborate with the community, communications, and product teams to develop creative content ideas and campaign activities that involve merchant KOLs, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly social media reports, covering data metrics, collection, and basic analysis of content performance and sentiment. - Manage end-to-end KOL activities, including sourcing, contacting, creating collaboration contracts, preparing briefs, and delivering KOL performance reports. - Support the creation of engaging social media content to educate merchants on product and feature usage. - Coordinate with internal teams (community, communications, and product) to execute content and campaign strategies effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major. - Strong understanding of social media reporting, including metrics, data collection, and basic analysis. - Proven experience managing KOL or content creator projects (contracts, briefs, collaborations, and reporting). - Hands-on experience in social media content creation. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Willingness to work full-time from the office in Jakarta.
