Job Descriptions: 1. Melakukan optimalisasi program internal Customer Service. 2. Menguasai segala informasi tentang perusahaan dan produk perusahaan. 3. Bisa mengorganisir administrasi (bisa menggunakan Google Docs dan Spreadsheet). 4. Melakukan review laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan tim Customer Service. 5. Melakukan monitoring terhadap operasional dan kinerja tim Customer Service. 6. Melakukan pengembangan keterampilan dan kompetensi tim Customer Service. Kualifikasi: 1. Perempuan. 2. Pendidikan terakhir S1/sederajat. 3. Memiliki pengalaman menjadi Manager Customer Service minimal 3 tahun. 4. Memiliki kemampuan leadership. 5. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving. 6. Memiliki cara berpikir yang efisien dan strategis. 7. Memiliki kemampuan analisa. 8. Bersedia bekerja on-site di Kota Malang.
