Electric Engineer (EV & Battery Systems)

JOB DESCRIPTION - Diagnose and repair battery units for electric vehicles and related equipment - Perform battery stock opname and inventory tracking regularly - Handle the installation, maintenance, and control of battery cabinets and battery swap machines - Conduct routine checks and ensure optimal performance of battery systems - Troubleshoot electrical issues related to battery performance and system integration - Collaborate with technical teams to support battery operations and deployment - Maintain detailed reports and logs for repair and maintenance activities - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards - Support and assist the manager in executing daily operational duties and technical tasks QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering - Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – mandatory - Willing to work on-site (WFO), Monday to Saturday - Minimum 1 year of experience in the EV or battery industry - Strong understanding of battery technologies and electrical systems - Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of electrical equipment - Ability to work independently and in a team - Good problem-solving and communication skills
