Tugas utamanya meliputi mengunjungi debitur, menyampaikan Surat Peringatan (SP), menganalisis kondisi debitur, menegosiasikan opsi pembayaran, memantau janji bayar, mencari debitur yang tidak dapat ditemui, memastikan data debitur benar, dan membuat laporan aktivitas penagihan.
