SPV TELEMARKETING

- Investigating and solving customer's problems - Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. - Responsible for the daily operations of the branch - recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. - Ensure that the branch achieves its targets. - Prepare business plans and branch reports. - Create marketing activities Requirements: At least 1 - 2 years experience Have a 2 - 3 years experience as a Senior Level; Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Must be fluent in English and can speak Mandarin is a plus point; Customer service orientation; Strong client-facing and good communication skills; Ability to think strategically and to lead a team; Placement Gading Serpong
