1. Memastikan absensi agent masuk dan keluar sesuai dengan jadwal 2. Monitoring status agent di jam duty (AUX non Produktif) 3. Monitoring layanan dari semua LOB (SLA, Respon Time, Productivity Agent, AHT) yang sedang berjalan 4. Melakukan hourly report semua LOB (dingtalk/WAG) 5. Melakukan daily report Overtime dan Performance by Email 6. Monitoring dan Analisa performance LOB yang sedang berjalan 7. Melakukan koordinasi dengan RTFM lainnya untuk monitoring adhoc dari client Kualifikasi : 1. Minimal lulusan D3. 2. Berpengalaman sebagai RTFM. 3. Terbiasa menggunakan MS. Excel & google sheet. 4. Memahami aplikasi Zendesk & reporting by Excel, menjadi nilai tambah. 5. Fasih berbahasa inggris baik lisan dan tulisan, menjadi nilai tambah.
