Partner Driver Engagement - Solo

Manage and strengthen relationships with driver partners in Solo, ensuring smooth collaboration to achieve shared targets. Job Desc/Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with driver partners in the Solo area. - Negotiate and coordinate with internal teams regarding partner operations. - Monitor partner performance and address any issues that arise. - Organize meetings and engagement activities to enhance partner relationships. Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. - 1-2 years of experience in partner engagement, business development, or related roles. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Having a network and understanding of the Solo area is a plus. - Willing to work almost on-field to build engagement with partner/driver community
