Education Consultan

- This full-time, on-site position is for an Education Consultant in Jakarta, Indonesia. - The Education Consultant will be responsible for converting potential students leads into The Lab Indonesia students. - To increase sales conversions, you must conduct rigorous follow-ups (e.g., sales call, WhatsApp, sales presentation during Trial Class) with all leads. - The Education Consultant will also work with the school, education, and other corporate groups to increase sales revenue. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in direct sales, sales training, or a related field, preferably from Education related business - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Demonstrated ability to deliver convincing presence & consistent sales performance - Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the Instructor's team to understand their needs and develop student's schedule - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and bring energy and enthusiasm - Ability to think "outside the box" to develop promotional contents that will help to boost sales
