1. Proactive Customer Collections: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts to ensure the prompt collection of outstanding invoices. This includes building professional relationships and communicating effectively with customers via email and phone to resolve overdue payments and minimize credit risk. 2. Payment Identification & Application: Accurately identify, verify, and apply all incoming payments from various channels (bank transfers, online gateways, etc.). You will be responsible for meticulous data reconciliation to ensure all funds are posted to the correct customer accounts, maintaining the integrity of the AR ledger. 3. Discrepancy Resolution & Reporting: Investigate and efficiently resolve any payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, or customer queries to ensure a clean and accurate aging report. You will also assist in generating regular reports on collection activities, account statuses, and key performance indicators. Job Requirements: - Fresh graduate are welcome - Male/female will not be a problem - Minimum bachelor's degree from any major, preferable from accounting - Extrovert, easy to adapt and collab with many stakeholders - Good communication skills - Result oriented - Microsoft office, basic, especially in using Excel or SpreadSheet
