CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Title: Customer Support Engineer Department: Customer Service Job Description: 1. Taking ownership of the technical problems related to company products and solutions received from company hotline, Emails and other channels in countries & regions, research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve the issues. 2. Following standard procedures for proper escalation, coordinate and pull through internal and external resources to provide continuous follow-up until the difficult technical assistance requests closed. 3. Able to independently write technical debugging manuals, documents to share experience, and be able to conduct technical training and experience sharing. Job Requirements: 1. Agree with the company’s core values and be passionate about work. 2. Familiar with basic knowledge of computer network, video surveillance, etc., experience in security industry is preferred. 3. Strong communication skills and anti-stress ability, clear thinking and proactive work is preferred. 4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. 5. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. 6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 7. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. 8. Speaking Indonesian. Can speak English or Chinese is preferred.
