General Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership • Act as the overall leader of the facility, ensuring alignment of all departments with the brand’s premium positioning. • Develop and execute strategic plans to launch, scale, and sustain high- performance operations across padel and retail. • Collaborate closely with founders on vision implementation and long-term planning. 2. Padel Operations Management • Oversee scheduling, booking systems, maintenance, and staffing of 8 outdoor padel courts. • Ensure world-class customer experience and service excellence. • Plan and coordinate tournaments, member programs, and partnerships with KOLs and influencers. 3. Retail & F&B Oversight • Manage leasing and relationships with F&B tenants, wellness brands, and playground operators. • Monitor tenant performance and visitor traffic to optimize retail mix and promotions. • Ensure seamless day-to-day operation of all retail areas including safety, cleanliness, and service standards. 4. People & Team Management • Lead and grow a high-performing team across operations, marketing, and customer service. • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability at all levels. 5. Sales & Marketing Supervision • Oversee marketing calendar, events, digital content, and social media presence. • Work with marketing team to drive foot traffic, padel bookings, and tenant visibility. • Develop business development initiatives and potential brand partnerships or sponsorships. 6. Financial Management • Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue, and ensure financial targets are met. • Ensure profitability of both padel operations and retail components. • Collaborate with finance for monthly reporting, forecasting, and cost control. Qualifications • 5–10 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, sports, or mixed-use destinations. • Strong understanding of Jakarta’s lifestyle, F&B, and wellness landscape. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and driven by performance. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English). • Familiarity with premium customer expectations. • Passion for padel or active lifestyle industries is a plus • Experience launching new venues or F&B-driven retail clusters. • Background in managing tenant relations and commercial leasing.
