1. Create and manage scheduling for branches within the cluster. 2. Monitor the implementation of learning schedules in cluster branches to ensure they run as planned. 3. Source and coordinate the availability of tutors for learners in the branches. Job Requirement : 1. Minimum education of Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any major. 2. Experience in administration or schedule coordination (experience in the education field is preferred). 3. Able to work with targets and deadlines. 4. Proficient in using computers and applications such as Google Workspace/Microsoft Office. 5. Familiarity with online communication platforms (e.g., Discord, Zoom) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage. 6. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 7. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
