Project Logistics Staff (Break Bulk & Project Cargo)

Job Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage daily project cargo and break bulk shipment activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Arrange transportation schedules and liaise with shipping lines, trucking vendors, warehouses, and port authorities. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Packing List, Invoice, Bill of Lading, and other related documents. Draft PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), create PPKEK, and prepare Master List in compliance with customs regulations. Monitor shipment progress from pick-up to final delivery, proactively addressing any operational issues. Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading activities. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide shipment status updates. Ensure compliance with government regulations, customs requirements, and internal SOPs. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management. Qualifications : Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields. Proven experience in project logistics, break bulk, or freight forwarding operations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in drafting PIB, creating PPKEK, and preparing Master List. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with customs clearance processes and project cargo handling procedures is an advantage. Must be willing to work under outsourced employment status. Must be willing to travel for business assignments as required.
