Kualifikasi: -Minimal pendidikan S1 Psikologi/Manajemen (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar) -Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman magang atau kerja di bidang Human Resources -Memiliki minat di bidang administrasi, rekrutmen, dan pengelolaan SDM -Teliti, cekatan, dan mampu mengatur prioritas kerja dengan baik -Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim -Komunikatif dan memiliki interpersonal skill yang baik -Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan tools HR dasar Deskripsi singkat pekerjaan: -Membantu proses rekrutmen karyawan (posting lowongan, screening, interview awal) -Mengelola administrasi HR seperti absensi, kontrak kerja, database karyawan, penggajian -Mendukung kegiatan HR lainnya seperti onboarding dan dokumentasi -Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait mengenai kebutuhan SDM
