• Memimpin, mengawasi, dan mengembangkan tim Agent L1 untuk mencapai target KPI. • Melakukan monitoring kualitas percakapan dan memberikan feedback kepada agent. • Mengelola eskalasi dari agent terkait isu yang kompleks atau sensitif. • Menyusun laporan performa tim dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan. • Memantau traffic call/chat secara real-time dan melakukan penyesuaian jika terjadi lonjakan. • Mengelola workforce planning untuk memastikan ketersediaan agent mencukupi.
