- Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed - Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management - Assisting with the coordination of office operations and ensuring efficient office workflows - Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service - Develop Telemarketing, handling existing and new customers. - Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business Qualification : - Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly behaviour. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software like open office - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
