Logistic Supervisor

- Develop and maintain efficient delivery schedules, optimizing routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption while meeting customer demands. - Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely loading of delivery trucks based on order specifications. - Safely operate delivery trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring the secure transportation of ice products to various customer locations. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate departments. - Monitor and track deliveries in real-time using GPS and other tracking systems, providing updates to customers and addressing any potential delays. - Collaborate with customer service representatives to address customer inquiries, concerns, and special delivery requests in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of delivery transactions, including quantities delivered, delivery times, and any discrepancies or customer feedback. - Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles, ensuring a professional and well-presented appearance. - Enforce safety protocols and best practices among delivery personel, conducting regular safety training and promoting a culture of safe driving. - Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new delivery drivers and assistants, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively. - Analyze delivery data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. - Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management, stock rotation, and warehouse operations.
