Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan terbiasa bekerja secara langsung di lapangan. Mampu bekerja cepat dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan penuh aktivitas. Komunikatif dan siap bekerja di lokasi sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
