Kualifikasi: Pendidikan minimal D3 Keperawatan / Kesehatan Berpengalaman sebagai Call Center / Customer Service Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di asuransi kesehatan Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift 24 jam (Senin - Minggu Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris aktif Komunikatif dan memiliki empati yang tinggi Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Menjawab panggilan masuk dan merespons pertanyaan pelanggan Memberikan informasi tentang produk dan layanan melalui telepon, email, dan live chat Mencatat seluruh interaksi dan transaksi pelanggan ke dalam database Membantu pelanggan dengan memberikan solusi secara step-by-step
