Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Posisi Account Receivable Officer (ARO) adalah : untuk mengelola piutang, khususnya dalam hal penagihan dan pemantauan pembayaran dari Konsumen dengan Ditail Tugasnya: 1. Penagihan: Melakukan penagihan kepada pelanggan yang memiliki tagihan jatuh tempo atau terlambat membayar angsuran. 2. Pemantauan: Memantau pembayaran pelanggan dan memastikan bahwa pembayaran dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. 3. Update Data: Membuat laporan dan memperbarui data pelanggan yang berkaitan dengan piutang. 4. Penyelesaian Masalah: Berupaya mencari solusi terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait piutang, seperti memberikan opsi pembayaran yang fleksibel kepada pelanggan.
