Engineer

- Design and develop process flow diagrams and system layouts for diverse coconut processing lines (including products such as coconut milk, activated carbon, desiccated coconut, and more). - Conduct feasibility studies, assist in cost estimations, and participate in project planning. - Optimize production processes to enhance product quality, improve productivity, and increase energy efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production. - Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. - Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of the project. - Perform regular maintenance checks on production equipment to ensure reliability. - Train and support production teams on new processes, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields). - Proven experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in agriculture, food processing, or sustainable industries. - Familiarity with coconut processing technologies (experience with products like coconut oil, copra, activated carbon, etc. is a plus). - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
