Mandarin Translator

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English Prior experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in fast-paced or cross-cultural environments Translate documents, emails, manuals, presentations, and other materials from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English and vice versa. Provide real-time oral interpretation during meetings, video calls, and events. Ensure accuracy, tone, and context are preserved in all translations. Assist in facilitating communication during internal or external meetings involving Mandarin-speaking participants. Support international guests, clients, or partners during factory visits, audits, or events. Translate and summarize legal, technical, or operational documents as needed. Help prepare bilingual reports or correspondence. Work closely with the international affairs team to manage schedules, coordinate appointments, or follow up on translated tasks. Support the business development or procurement team in communications with Chinese suppliers or partners. Help bridge cultural differences and provide context where necessary for smooth cross-cultural interactions.
