- Wanita - Usia minimal 18 th maksimal 40 th - Dengan sistem kontrak kerja 4 bulan - Bersedia bekerja menginap - Pelatihan suster minimal 2 hari - Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMP - Bisa Baca Tulis - Bersedia untuk belajar hal baru - Sayang anak kecil dan mau merawat anak kecil Benefit : - Makanan dan tempat tidur yg layak - Peralatan Mandi (Sabun, Shampoo, Softex, Sikat Gigi, Odol) - Kenaikan gaji dibulan ke-4 sebesar 10% dari gaji pokok - Lebaran Idul Fitri tidak pulang dapat infal 10% dari gaji pokok selama 10 Hari (H-5 s/d H+5) - THR Lebaran - Cuti 1 Bulan 2 Kali jika diuangkan Rp. 300.000,- / Bulan (Selama 4 Bulan tidak diperkenankan untuk ambil cuti libur / Cuti hanya diuangkan saja)
