-Memelihara dan memperbarui basis data terkait operasional layanan pelanggan. -Menyusun laporan rutin dan ad-hoc sesuai kebutuhan manajemen. -Menyediakan dukungan administratif bagi tim operasional dan manajemen. -Mengelola dokumen dan memastikan sistem pengarsipan yang teratur Kualifikasi : -Any Gender (maksimal usia 30th) Minimal Pendidikan Diploma jurusan Administrasi, Manajemen, atau bidang lain yang relevan. -Memiliki pengalaman administrasi di layanan Perbankan -Wajib memahami Microsoft excel dengan level high (Pivot, Hlookup, Vlookup dll) -Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik -Bisa bergabung secepatnya
