About the Assignment: - Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately - Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder - Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory): - Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75 - Fresh graduate with related skill set requirement - Willing to work in the shifting schedule - Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel - Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90% - Good analytical skill - Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa - Fast response, effective and efficient in working - Able to work within dynamic environment - Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English Mandatory: - English test, Excel test, Typing Test, Interview checklist - Candidate must confirm on shifting schedule - Candidate must confirm on eventually role changes within the team regarding project needs - Fresh graduate - Willing to interview in English
