1. Minimal S1 Desain Komunikasi Visual, Desain Tekstil, Seni Rupa, atau bidang terkait. 2. Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang desain tekstil, lebih disukai di industri batik atau fashion retail. 3. Fresh graduate dengan portofolio kuat dipertimbangkan. 4. Menguasai software desain grafis (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw). 5. Memiliki kemampuan ilustrasi manual maupun digital (hand-drawn + digital rendering). 6. Memahami prinsip dasar desain tekstil seperti repeat pattern, seamless motif, dan pewarnaan. 7. Familiar dengan proses cetak batik (manual, cap, printing digital) adalah nilai tambah.
