Area Sales Supervisor

1.Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. - Identify potential risks in the sales process and implement measures to mitigate them effectively. - Conduct thorough market analysis and comparison to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize sales effectiveness. 2. Job Requirements: - Proven track record of 1-2 years in Sales & Marketing roles. - Willingness to be based in Bandung. - Strong sales network and experience in sales management. - Excellent business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. - Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards success.
