- Minimum education is D3 in any major - Minimum 2-3 years of primary experience in sales, partnership, customer relations role - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command in English - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word - Good project management skills and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary Job Description - Managing driver activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level. - Accountable to create a plan and monitor the implementation from the plan - Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention - You will make sure our level of service quality to both driver and Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints - You will manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency against result - You will drive for communication activity & engagement with the drivers - You will make an impact by guarding our partner drivers performance - You will develop strategy and engage with driver community to innovate and maintain supply *Please submit your CV in English.
