Melakukan pencatatan keluar masuk barang secara akurat di sistem (manual atau digital). Memastikan stok barang di gudang sesuai dengan data di sistem. Melakukan stok opname secara berkala dan menyusun laporan hasil stok opname. Menyiapkan dan mengarsipkan dokumen barang masuk dan keluar seperti delivery order, invoice, dan surat jalan. Berkoordinasi dengan bagian pembelian, penjualan, dan gudang terkait ketersediaan barang. Membuat laporan stok harian, mingguan, dan bulanan. Menindaklanjuti selisih stok atau kehilangan barang. Membantu proses audit internal dan eksternal terkait inventaris.
