- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, and any related fields - 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis - Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is often required - Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance - Strong understanding of financial principles and practices - Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) - Leadership and team management skills - Analytical and critical thinking abilities - Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights - Supervising finance/accounting staff - Supporting audits and financial reviews - Advising senior management on financial strategy - Fluent in english
