Merchant Operation - Balikpapan

1. Track, monitor and update merchant content according to the projects 2. Manage and validate incoming data on daily operations 3. Resolve or educate merchants issues according to the report 4. Report activity and activities result on daily basis Requirements : 1. Diploma Degree or equivalent; preferably experienced as administrator and/or field team 2. Strong orientation to detail 3. Proficient in operating Ms. Excel or Google Spreadsheet (IF, Pivot, Vlookup, IMPORTRANGE, etc) 4. Ability on time management and handling multiple tasks 5. Good problem solving and communication skills 6. Ability to work in teams or independently with minimal supervision Contract : 6 Months Placement : Balikpapan
