The Core Objectives: 1. Acquisition of new driver partners 2. FGD/Forum Group Discussion with driver partners 3. Develop strategy in Balikpapan Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree is preferred (SMK with strong experience in related field is welcomed) 2. Have 2 years of related work experience (fresh graduate is also ok if they have experience in managing organization or community) 3. Conversation in English is preferred Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Experience communicating with a team 2. Major in communication science / psychology is preferred 3. Able to solve problems quickly and accurately.
