Graphic Designer Associate

Design compelling visuals for social media (Instagram, Facebook) Develop and manage ad creatives for Facebook & Meta platforms Create brochures, investor decks, pitch presentations, and company profiles Design assets for email campaigns, website content, and eBooks Assist in developing brand guidelines, templates, and scalable creative systems Collaborate with the marketing team to turn strategy into visuals Manage feedback and deliver high-quality work on deadline Stay current with design trends and digital marketing best practices What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands Strong portfolio is a must (social media graphics, brochures, ad creatives, branded content) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and ideally Figma Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and marketing formats Experience designing for social media, digital ads, and email marketing Exceptional attention to detail, especially in typography and brand consistency Familiarity with tools like ClickUp and G-Suite Fluent in English (spoken and written) Bonus: Skills in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
