Menetapkan target penjualan dan memastikan bahwa target tersebut selalu terpenuhi. 4. Mengatur alur pekerjaan dan menetapkan tenggat waktu. 5. Selalu menginformasikan diri mengenai tren penjualan yang terbaru serta perkembangannya. 6. Menyiapkan laporan penjualan mengenai progres, kendala, dan solusi yang diusulkan.
