- Well-groomed and presentable appearance - Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) in any field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in F&B or hospitality industry - Basic knowledge of proper food and beverage service techniques - Clean background with no criminal record and a good sense of responsibility - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment - Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Job Desc: - Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival, including assisting with door service - Prepare and arrange guest seating in the dining area - Take customer orders accurately and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience - Set up and maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged tables - Serve beverages to customers in a timely manner - Present the food and beverage menu and answer any questions regarding menu items - Serve food and drinks in accordance with standard operating procedures and customer requests - Recommend signature or popular menu items to enhance customer experience - Clear used dishes and glassware efficiently after use - Offer desserts and additional items to maximize guest satisfaction - Present bills promptly upon request and process payments as needed - Express appreciation to guests upon their departure to encourage return visits *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
