Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and passionate Spa Beautician to join our wellness team. You will be responsible for providing a variety of beauty and wellness treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable spa experience. Key Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality beauty treatments including facials, body scrubs, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other spa rituals. - Analyze guests’ skin and recommend appropriate treatments or products. - Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms and tools in compliance with health and safety standards. - Deliver excellent customer service and create a serene, welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to meet guest needs and support spa revenue goals. - Stay informed about the latest beauty and wellness trends, techniques, and products. - Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. - Assist in daily spa operations and support team members as needed. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hospitality setting. - Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field. - Deep understanding of skincare, beauty products, and treatment protocols. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest relation skills. - Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented. - Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of holistic or wellness therapies (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology) is a plus. - Familiarity with spa management systems or booking software.
